APC: Destroying Nigeria?

Twale to all my fellow Nigerians, I am writing this post today as a cry from the heart. I genuinely pity the average Nigerian youths - your life and future is being treated with negligence and scorn, people will tell you stories of a Nigeria previously far better than what you are currently experiencing. The Nigeria of our parents was a country where one could get a good job with a good salary, afford a decent house, and still have enough to send their children to good schools. But what do we have today? A country where the cost of living is so high that even the middle class is struggling to make ends meet. Nawa-o, how did we get here?

I am still trying to wrap my head around the fact that despite all the suffering and hardship that the APC has brought upon us, some people are still pledging their support for the party. Your mates, children of politicians who do not do half the kind of work you do - are shielded from the consequences of bad governance but some of you are still here pledging and brandishing you support APC and standing on the mandate that have sworn to destroy you. You are literally witnessing the sharp rise in the cost of living and the free fall of quality of living since the APC took over in 2015 to date, and yet…

Are you people cursed? IStand with those who are brave enough to speak out against the evil that the APC has brought upon our nation. We must not be afraid to call a spade a spade. The APC has failed us, and it is time for us to take a stand. Getat to all the excuses and justifications for their failures. We will no longer be deceived by their empty promises.

The APC came into power with a lot of promises, promising to fix our economy, provide jobs, and improve our standard of living. But what have they done? They have increased the price of fuel, increased the price of electricity, and made life generally difficult for the average Nigerian. And what is their response to all these? 'It is the fault of the previous government.' Nawa-o, how long will they continue to blame the previous government for their failures?

It is time for us to wake up and take our destiny into our own hands. We must not continue to be deceived by their lies and propaganda. We must stand up and demand for a better Nigeria. A Nigeria where the average citizen can afford to live a decent life. A Nigeria where our children can get a good education and have a bright future. A Nigeria where our elders can live in dignity and respect.

I know that some people will say, 'But what about the opposition? Are they any better?' My response to that is, 'At least they are not as bad as the APC.' The APC has shown us that they are not capable of governing this country. They have shown us that they are more interested in enriching themselves and their cronies than in serving the people.

So, I ask you, my fellow Nigerians, what will it take for you to see that the APC is not the right party for this country? What will it take for you to stand up and demand for a better Nigeria? Is it not time for us to say, 'Enough is enough?' Is it not time for us to take our destiny into our own hands and demand for a better future?

Let us not be afraid to speak out against the evil that the APC has brought upon our nation. Let us not be afraid to stand up for what is right. Let us not be afraid to demand for a better Nigeria. We owe it to ourselves, we owe it to our children, and we owe it to our nation. So, let us rise up and take our nation back from those who have destroyed it. Let us rise up and build a better Nigeria for ourselves and for our children. IStand with all those who are ready to take a stand and fight for a better Nigeria. Getat to all the APC apologists who are still trying to defend the indefensible. It is time for us to move forward and build a better future for ourselves and for our nation. Twale to all my fellow Nigerians who are ready to take a stand and fight for a better Nigeria.
