Aproko people, I get problem o!
So, I boaught a Used laptop and decided to install Windows 11, after formatting the hard drive and doing new installation it keeps taking me back to the work/school login screen of the previous user. I even deleted the partitions on the hard drive and format it again, same thing. Please help with possible solution!

Disable Automatic Login:

Turn off the laptop.

Use Windows 10 Installation Media:
Create a bootable Windows 10 USB or DVD.
Boot from the installation media.
Select “Custom: Install Windows only (advanced)”.
Delete all existing partitions and format the hard drive.
Proceed with the Windows 10 installation.
Try a Different Windows ISO Image:
Download a fresh Windows 11 ISO image from the Microsoft website.
Create a bootable USB or DVD using a tool like Rufus.
Use the new image to perform a clean installation.

Let me explain it so that you and other can know about it. Autopilot is a product on Windows Intune, it helps organisation in provisioning and management of devices in their organisation. This process helps reduce the time and effort required for IT administrators to set up and maintain Windows devices, especially in scenarios where the organisation provide new devices or need to reset and repurpose existing ones to their staffs.
Its a good thing you already mentioned that its from a company your seller used to work. I would have suggested you reach out to the IT admin of the company, but they just might not know what to do else they would have removed the device from their network since it was auctioned. So, here is the solution;
The Login screen comes up because you have to connect to the internet during setup and once that happens the autopilot finds the device. So, the solution is to setup the device without connecting to the internet, so you need to open the command prompt with (Shift + F10) and type OOBE\BYPASSNRO. Then you would be able to create a local account.
The second option is to create the Windows bootable ISO using Rufus, and select “setup local account” option on one of the popup screens. And your setup would be smooth.
